The content on FORMED was an integral part of both of our reversions! It continues to provide content that nurtures our journey, and especially now that we have a little one, we've really come to appreciate the family-friendly and kids content! Before paying for a subscription, check to see if your parish has one - then it will be for free! And if they don't, you should inquire!

There are no words to express the beauty of the Spirit of God that comes through in Elizabeth’s sacred art and iconography. Her work is stunning and her art would elevate and support any household striving to remain connected to God. Below is an interview, where she speaks on the spirituality that goes into her work.

We were recently told about this amazing new Catholic health insurance from my mother and we didn’t hesitate to get on the waiting list! Check out their website to learn more about what they are offering, compared to other Christian Health Sharing companies. Let’s support them in prayer for a successful rollout and for their success in supporting for many years to come!

As we think about the future parental decisions we’re to make for the newest addition to our family, one thing we agreed on is to give our kids not-so-smart phones. There are so many options out there, but the Wisephone is one that we have our eyes on.Below is an interview on Pints with Aquinas with the creators.March 2024 Update: The Wisephone is now geared more towards the adults! Make sure you check out their website to see how Techless has transitioned over to not just providing our kids safe phones, but also nurturing healthy tech use to help us reconnect with our families and communities.

For anyone thinking about or currently living the rural life, this is definitely a community you want to check out and/or become a part of. We were surprised to find it ourselves - so cool!

We came to know of this amazing Christian physician through a recent podcast (below) with Lila Rose about the truth about IVF and fertility as a whole. Once a conventional fertility doctor, Dr. Rubal now advocates and provides services for integrative fertility to administer to issues such as infertility after experiencing and realizing the gravity of the physical, emotional and spiritual impacts and consequences of conventional fertility ‘troubleshooting’ methods.

An amazing nonprofit that is pulling together independent U.S.-based Catholic healthcare providers - anything from family physicians to wellness coaches to internal medicine physicians to dermatologists and more! Serving people of all faiths, MyCatholicDoctor is a virtual hospital that helps make healthcare accessible and affordable through telehealth, giving providers the space to be able to ‘practice independently and with the full voice of their faith.’

So much can be said about the Rosary and the impact of us having a devotion to our Dearest Mother Mary. There are so many places these days where you can find a recorded rosary, but these were the ones that we used as we built the foundations for our marriage.

As former athletes, fitness is now a very important part of our marriage. It elevates our spiritual health and provides a speciate opportunity to participation in the Lord's passion and death. We have always preferred to workout at home, so we wanted to share who Sandra has used for over a decade, long before Kelly and Daniel (the founders) had this nice website and additional trainers. They have a large variety of content for anyone in their fitness journey lead by professional personal trainers and doctors of physical therapy that has accompanied us (and will continue to) in the different phases of our life, including during pregnancy and post-partum!

We happily stumbled upon this Catholic news website (now owned by EWTN) when looking for a powerful spiritual warfare prayer, the “Consecration of One’s Exterior Goods to the Blessed Virgin Mary.” Up-to-date news with quick and fun reads :)Check out the prayer (at the end of the article) below. You might be surprised to learn about the spiritual realities behind some of your struggles. The Consecration surely worked for us!

Our mental health plays such a vital role in being able to live the life that God desires for us. CPI offers a new method of treatment called Integrated Daily Dialogue Mentorship (IDDM) that brings together Catholic anthropology and psychological science, to go beyond the conventional therapy most familiar to us.It was truly life changing for Sandra. Contact us and she'd be happy to share more!

Beautifully stated by the ministry itself, this healing ministry is “a safe place to renew, rebuild and redeem hearts broken by abortion.”I’d encourage you to watch the testimony and story of a good friend of TLT below to hear some of the hard truths and shocking things about abortion that are not broadcasted in the media, but are important to know in understanding the importance of a ministry like Rachel’s Vineyard and our collective prayers and action as the Domestic Church in the fight for life.

A bold Catholic ministry that fills in a much overlooked gap, of creating a safe space to accompany women who struggle with sexual additions (pornography, masturbation, and other sexual addictions) through journeys to ultimately help them find hope, healing, and freedom.

Years ago, Covenant eyes began as a sensor app to help those struggling with pornography, used to create a porn-free environment for your family. But now it has become so much more! What amazing work this organization is doing to protect our souls, accompanying and empowering so many away from this addiction.

Talk about the redemptive and healing love of God! This program was developed by a Catholic couple, whose marriage was deeply challenged by the husband’s addiction to pornography. The wife was one day led to a recovery program for pornography addiction based on brain research performed at Harvard. All previous methods of recovery failed and they finally understood why, as his addiction had essentially rewired his brain. They now have a program of their own. How amazing God is to take our darkest storms, our struggles with evil, and use them for good, to help others suffering in the same way.We discovered them through this 30 minute interview we found on an EWTN docuseries called The Promise - We Said I Do Forever.

When we shared our experience with a miscarriage, we were given so much love and support, including reference to the Diocese of St. Petersburg, Florida that has compiled an amazingly comprehensive list of ministries and resources. Sending our love to you and your family.

A beautiful and much needed ministry to journey with those who are struggling with infertility. The vocation of marriage is not one void of challenges, and for any struggling with infertility, we pray that this ministry will speak to your hearts in understanding what it means to be life-giving.This Catholic ministry also serves as advocates to help ‘pastors, diocesan offices, and healthcare professionals’ become more aware of those carrying this cross.

As we were updating our website, specifically , it was such a lovely surprise to see that the apostolate Springs in the Desert (for families struggling with infertility) established this new sister organization! What a beautiful mission this is as well! The link above will take you to their about page. There you'll be able to learn about the depth of compassion they have in their mission, in supporting this special calling and the various circumstances and challenges parents may face.

My dear and beloved sister left religious life December 2025. She shared that a friend of hers found this beautiful ministry and I cried tears of gratitude that this ministry exists, to walk with those women who have left religious life.I felt this was important to share especially for those who may have left to discern marriage. Here is a beautiful, brief passage on the website too addressed to family members, friends, and loved ones as well.

We were recently told about this amazing family retreat center, started by a Catholic couple of 10. So we have heard, it is a wonderful place for deepening not just your faith, but community and family bonds through the beauty of nature and art. I honestly look forward to be able to experience this!

This is a program open to all with the mission to help married couples struggling in their marriage, beginning with a couple-focused weekend experience to help couples with communication, forgiveness, and trust. Check out this interview with a Retrouvaille Leader couple that saved their marriage and have helped others (even when divorced) find their way back to each other.

We learned about this program by listening to an interview (below) of these two amazing Catholic therapists, on a faith-filled mission to bring healing and peace through mending our relationships with God the Father. They recognized that often our relationship with God the Father is distant and not secure - that it’s hard for us to truly feel the loving, caring, and compassion of God the Father. The most common reasons? Because of a lack of healthy relationships, where we can actually “feel that we are self-assured when all is going well and that we are supported, protected, and loved in times of distress” and/or we have endured painful experiences that have shaped how we related to others.

This is an amazing comprehensive resource for engaged, married, and civilly married couples to live out their Catholic faith, a new and upcoming alternative to traditional marriage prep. If your parish does not provide it, tell them about it and ask!

Here is another powerhouse of a Catholic mother who has spent over a decade advocating for body literacy - Christina Valenzuela! Scroll down her home page and you’ll get the idea that her conversation around women’s cycles isn’t just for fertility. Her courses and resources are meant to open up the conversation about God’s design for our body for teens, single women, women in consecrated life, the Church (i.e. ministries, priests, RCIA), and women bearing crosses of infertility, loss of a spouse, or approaching menopause.Christina emphasizes that body literacy is for everyone as they are ‘aid to holiness.’ I know for our family, we’ll definitely be opening up the conversation of female anatomy, fertility, and reproduction with our girl with Christina’s course - Cycle Prep. No more letting the world teach our children about our sacred sexuality!

Based on the Montessori education approach, Catechesis of the Good Shepherd provides a unique approach to faith formation for kiddos ages 3-12. CGS could be integrated into a parish, school, and even be used by parents at home.

The Newman Guide has been around since 2007 to help families discern which Catholic undergraduate and graduate colleges to send their children to that uphold and adhere to faithful Catholic education.Published by the Cardinal Newman Society, this guide now expands to K-12 schools, including home school program providers. Sadly (and possible controversially), we can no longer rely on a school labeled/named as Catholic to actually be…well, Catholic. As families discern the path of education for their kids, the Newman Guide is now wanting to help us identify those school that stick to and stand up for Catholic teachings on gender, marriage, and the sanctity of life, for example. We thank them for looking out for the souls of our children!

Homeschooling central for Catholic families looking to homeschool their kids with courses (live and recorded) rooted in faith, with engaged instructors, for Grades 3 through High School. All we’ve heard are wonderful reviews about Homeschool Connections and the community it has as well!

Religious Catholic communities all around the world say the Divine Office throughout the day. Also, known as Liturgy of the Hours, they are comprised of prayers for the morning, throughout the day, the evening (Vespers), and night. The prayers are taken from the Book of Psalms and various New Testament books in the bible. They are a wonderful way to dive deeper into a life of contemplation, praise, and intercessory prayer.Evening Vespers (and the Divine Office as a whole!) are rooted in the Catholic faith but all are welcome to join. In praying Vespers together with us or with your own family or community, we become part of a GLOBAL community in Christ prayer for each other and the entirety of our earthly family.
