What are Vespers?
These prayers are rooted in the Catholic faith but all are welcome to join. The prayers are taken from the Book of Psalms and various New Testament books in the bible. They are a wonderful way to dive deeper into a life of contemplation, praise, and intercessory prayer.
Religious Communities all around the world say the Divine Office throughout the day. The Divine Office is comprised of prayers for the morning, throughout the day, the evening (Vespers), and night. In praying Vespers here together, we become part of a global community in Christ prayer for each other and the entirety of our earthly family.
If you have never prayed the Divine Office before, no worries - we’ll teach you! Prayers are provided on screen and are made to easily follow!
