A poetic reflection of God’s love
Yet again, we found it a bit difficult to record and edit an episode for this week. So we’d like to alternatively share with you a reflection sparked by pure appreciate and gratitude of how God has moved in our lives, and now has moved us to by beyond excited to start our family. When tears are able to form
Warm, joyful tears with a language of their own
Then you know
You’re in pure love
You’re in a moment with love itself
In a beautiful silent exchange
Of pure love flowing in
And our best attempt of love flowing out
In gratitude, in awe, in thanksgiving
We, who turn away from love
Who choose our own ways, ignoring love
Who feel unworthy, rejecting love
Who are in pain, pushing away love
Who are searching, looking for love
Who are afraid, unfamiliar with love
Who are burdened, unknowing
That love is in the air we breathe
It’s the reason for the beauty we see
Deep in the hearts of all those we meet
Is love, awaiting to hold us once more
No matter what we’ve done
Or how far we’ve gone
Love is always there around us
There is never a moment we are not in love
Even though we may feel disconnected
Or not even ware of it
Love is always there
Inviting us for an embrace
To unburden all our fears
Relief us of all the weight
Reassure us that through another day, we can make it
And this journey of love, though not easy
Can take us to a place that is better
Where we are better
Only if we let it
Letting love lead you
And guide you out of darkness
To a place where your heart can rest
And be safe
Can be hard
To truly trust that you won’t get hurt
But I can assure you
From this heart once shattered
That barricaded itself from being loved
In love is where we belong
For daily my tears fall
Because there are truly no words
When you surrender yourself to His love
